Trading Terms
WildScaper uses Australian Air Express and Australia Registered Post to distribute educational products.
To ensure fast and secure delivery, please give us either a postal box address or an address where someone will be able to sign for it during the day.
For deliveries to a company / workplace / school address, please supply the institution's name.
Delivery is calculated as per our wholesale price list and should take 5-9 business days to arrive. Please call us if you wish to know the availability of a product before placing your order.
If you haven't received your parcel within 9 business days and have not been notified by us, please contact us.
Alternatively you can call your local Post Office as the parcel may be there for your pick up if no one was present to sign for the delivery.
If you are not there when the courier arrives they will leave a card for you to pick up your parcel from your local post office (in NSW or SA), and at the courier depot in all other states.
You will need to bring ID when you go to pick it up.

Retail Exchange of Goods
Unless on consignment in a retail outlet, If the plastic shrink wrap is broken a return or exchange will not be accepted due to licensing restrictions and product security, otherwise if WildScaper is retailed on consignment we will accept a return of the product.
Please note there are no refunds or exchanges on discontinued items or where items have been superseded by a new version.
If you are returning a product that is in a resaleable condition (and the security sticker is not broken or tampered with), then we will refund you the value of your software, minus a $15 cancellation fee to cover the costs incurred in postage, administration and labour when the software was initially sent to you. Refunds are by cheque and made payable to the name on the credit card used.
The purchaser is liable for the cost of return freight and freight insurance.
We recommend the use of Registered Post (or similar) to ensure the parcel does not get lost during transit. WildScaper is not liable for any lost parcels.
Retail Consignment - Exchange of Goods
If WildScaper is available from a retail outlet on consignment and a product is returned, WildScaper will accept the product return. Please keep the returned product and notify us to organise pick up via courier. WildScaper
ensures quality control is maintained and any returned software must be not be resold or disposed of but returned to WildScaper for analysis. The retailer will be credited for any returns. |
